Workout Tip

KB Notes:

– If the kettlebell is too heavy, scale Kettlebell Swing to Russian Kettlebell Swing and/or reduce reps.

– If the kettlebell too Light, do single-arm Russian Kettlebell Swing for the same reps and/or increase repetitions.

Bodyweight Notes:

– Work on transitioning from the push-up to the side planks without having the knees touch the ground.
